Apple Nachos

4 large Granny Smith apples, sliced

35 large marshmallows

1/4 cup butter

35 caramels

1 Tbsp evaporated milk (or half and half)

 1/4 cup mini semi-sweet morsels

2 Tbsp chocolate syrup

Slice apples and arrange on platter. In saucepan, melt marshmallows and butter until creamy. Set aside. In microwave dish, melt caramels with milk (cooking in 30 second intervals, and stirring). Set aside. Pour marshmallow cream over apple slices, followed by caramel sauce. Drizzle chocolate syrup and sprinkle with peanuts and mini chocolate morsels. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Fruit Salad Recipe (family favorite)

• 2 mixing bowls
• 1 1/2 cups of milk
• 2 cups of whip cream
• 1 20 oz can of crushed or chunk pineapple
• 1 10 oz can of tangerines
• 4 medium apples (cut into slices/cubes)
• 1/3 cup of thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
• 1 package of french vanilla instant pudding
• 1 1/2 cups of sliced strawberries
• 1 package of mini marshmallows

*You can add other fruit such as coconut, grapes, etc to this mix. Don't be afraid to experiment.*

Whisk the orange juice, whip cream, milk and french vanilla pudding in a bowl and set aside. In a second bowl, mix all the fruit. Fold the mixture in the first bowl with the fruit and the marshmallows. Once that is done, cover and refrigerate.

Serve when ready.
